Chuck D., Rapper der legendären Polit-Gruppe Public Enemy, sagt in einem Interview mit der englischen Zeitschrift Undercover (Issue 15, S. 37):

The UK is increasingly being propagandised and becoming the 51st United State. Tony Blair is George Bush’s Vice President, and more people in the UK are trying to become more Americanised than ever. When you become Americanised, you’re subject to the dumb-assification of a society.

Wobei ich mir den Begriff “Dumm-Arschifikation” auch im deutschen Sprachraum denken könnte.
